Johnny, Elvis, Brando, the cool guy who lives nearby and you. Here is the non-exhaustive list of all the inspired guys who wear the perfecto with panache.
The perfecto is this leather jacket originally manufactured by Schott in 1928. Its raison d'être (shut up Florent Pagny) was to guarantee safety, comfort and utility to bikers.

However, just because you don't have a motorcycle doesn't mean you can't carry it. For those who, like me, are pedestrians, I would go so far as to say that you can even take public transport with a perfecto.
And if the conductor comes to ask for your ticket, a simple grunt should scare him away.
Besides, when you get on the bus or whatever, people move aside, grandmas, grandpas and pregnant women leave their seats for you. “AH! Life is beautiful, damn it! Do you have a fire? Is there no ashtray on this bus?! Could you give me your scarf so I can make a pillow out of it?”
"THANKS."
Finally, “thank you” is what they say to you when you get off the bus.
