Returns and exchanges

Return is free from mainland France and Belgium.

  1. Log in to your customer account and go to the “My orders” section of your customer account.
  2. Select the clothes to return by indicating a pattern.
  3. Choose your reimbursement method (purchase voucher or re-credit. NB: it is not possible to modify the reimbursement method once the return has been validated) If your payment is made with a voucher, you cannot be reimbursed by bank re-credit.
  4. Select the Mondial Relay return method for France and Belgium and edit your prepaid return label.
  5. Check that your garment is in perfect condition (unworn/unwashed and unaltered) with its label and in its blister pack.

Return conditions:

You have 30 days after receipt of your order to request a return. Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with its label, and returned in its original packaging.

Return tracking:

You will find the tracking number for your return package in your customer area under the “My returns” section.

You can follow the delivery of your return package on the carrier's website by entering the tracking number.

Return processing time:

2 to 3 working days after receiving your clothes.

The status of your return changes to “Return Completed” once it is processed.

Reimbursement period: 2 working days, directly to the payment method used for the order or via a discount voucher (if this is the option you chose).

Would you like an exchange?

To change size, color, or exchange for another item of clothing, follow the same procedure. You will be refunded and can place a new order.

The processing time for a return is 2 to 3 working days after receipt of your return package.

You will find the tracking number for your return package in your customer area under the “My returns” section.

You can follow the delivery of your return package on the carrier's website by entering the tracking number.

After processing the return package, the amount is credited within 48 to 72 working hours to your bank account and immediately to Paypal.

NB : if you have chosen the "BonneGueule voucher", it will automatically be available in the "My vouchers and gift cards" section following the processing of your return.

Return costs from abroad are the responsibility of the customer.

Log in to your customer account On your order reference:

  • Check the product(s) to be returned
  • Indicate a reason for return
  • Choose your reimbursement method (voucher or re-credit. NB: it is not possible to modify the reimbursement method once the return has been validated).
  • Click on “make a return”

We accept all refunds for new clothing with tags.

  • never worn
  • never washed
  • never retouched

Delay of treatment :

2 working days after receipt of your package.

Reimbursement deadline :

48 to 72 working hours; once your return has been processed.

Do you want an exchange?

To change size or color, follow the same procedure.

You can return clothing purchased online to the store.

You will then be reimbursed and receive the amount in 2 working days in your bank account.

Our team of advisors remains at your disposal to help you choose the right size.

Our clothes are the result of manual work, often artisanal, and made with natural materials. We therefore sometimes find very slight differences from one garment to another (natural indigo shade, variation in tanning of leather, irregularity of a fabric, etc.).

If, however, your part has a defect, return your order to us using the free return slip, and check the box provided for this purpose (indicating a reason) when requesting a return in your customer area. If in doubt, do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service ;).

Don't forget to specify your order number and attach photos so that we can observe the defect in the garment, give you a precise answer, and continue to improve.

If your purchase was made in store, we invite you to go there to present your piece.

If you used a discount voucher on your order and you return the entire order, the discount voucher will be generated again (if its validity date is still current) following the processing of your return in the section “My coupons” from your customer area.

If you used a gift card, following the processing of your return, it will be usable again (with the same code) and visible in your customer area in the "My vouchers and gift cards" section.

Any clothing purchased in store must be exchanged or refunded in store. You can go to any of our stores.

For a refund, the bank card with which the original payment was made is essential.

If your order has been paid in 3 or 4 installments, your payment deadlines will be adjusted according to the value of the items returned.
As part of a complete return of your order, the processing fees incurred during payment are refunded.

Contact us via the Contact Form or via client@bonnegueule.fr indicating the order reference.

To return your items, we invite you to go to the store from which you collected your order or to the BonneGueule store of your choice.

Our advisors will be there to help you make the return and advise you on a possible size change.
