Our opinion
In short :

A good quality/price/style ratio in normal times, becomes very interesting in private sales and sales.

The strong point of the brand is above all a lot of work on the materials . Never anything smooth at Officine Générale: it comes from Japan, Italy or Scotland. You have to go to the store to take a closer look at the materials. It's everything we love: a pleasant hand, texture, subtlety in the execution of the pattern and colors. And it's comfortable to wear. (Special mention for Japanese flannels.) The entire wardrobe is mainly made in Portugal. We really like the kimono finishes on the shirts, with the parallel topstitching along the buttonhole.

We still have reservations about shoes whose prices seem high to us in relation to the quality of the leather and the stitching of the sole.< The styling is in very good taste. We have stylistic biases typical of the Parisian wardrobe. Cool tailoring. The suit silhouette, t-shirt (sailor top for example) and white sneakers for the week and for the weekend: a navy overcoat, a white t-shirt, a heather gray sweatshirt, white jeans and brown boots (and why not a printed silk scarf for the most daring!). A Pierre Mahéo signature is also the high-waisted pleated pants (Pierre model) available in different materials and colors from season to season. Very appreciable because it brings singularity to an outfit. It is also comfortable, elegant and contemporary.

Finally, it is a style very appreciated by many members of the BonneGueule team to build a timeless wardrobe with French composure. Please note: we advise you to buy especially during regular private sales and sales because it is during these periods that Officine Générale is really very interesting.

The history of the brand General Pharmacy

Officine Générale's offer is complete: from swimsuits to suits. The prices charged place the brand in a high-end segment.
