I agree 100%.

This long knit is very well softened with a light shirt and beautiful, carelessly rolled beige pants.

The volumes are controlled and the simple color palette (ecru, beige, blue) makes this outfit quite accessible.

I would be very curious to know where these pants come from anyway 😉

“In this outfit, I'm wearing two men's wardrobe classics that I use almost as a basis for all my outfits, namely the white t-shirt and jeans.

I then decorate everything with a puncture-proof horse leather jacket with a very particular color which allows the outfit to be enhanced.

Finally, on the accessories side, I wear my silver and turquoise feather necklace to stay in the theme of this “Amekaji” outfit.

Regarding references, I'm wearing The Real Mccoy's model A-2 leather, a Lady White t-shirt, a Goros necklace, Fullcount jeans and my Paraboot Michael shoes. »

A simple and effective outfit, just the way I like them.

When you rely on staples as solid as a white t-shirt and (nice!) jeans, there's no need to go overboard. I would even say that simplicity allows you to better let the details express themselves. Case in point: the gorgeous shades of the wash on these jeans.

I find the necklace very well chosen. It fits well, without weighing down the outfit.

For my part, I would have tucked the t-shirt into my pants to mark the waist with a belt. And I would perhaps have slightly distanced the color of the shoes from that of the jacket, so that the reminder would be less obvious. But those are my little quirks.

“While walking in the forest, I chose to wear an olive military jacket and a beige shirt whose colors go well together.

My BonneGeule canvas pants also answer the call. I have been wearing it for over 2 years, it has been through ten washes and tumble dryers and is doing very well. I particularly like the texture that the tumble dryer helped to highlight.

Next, I chose military-inspired shoes from the famous N-1s from World War II. These shoes have accompanied me on more than 1000 kilometers on foot since I got them and are in their second resoling.

Finally, on the accessory side, I wear a Borali necklace which allows for a color reminder with the pants and a deerskin bag.

Regarding references, I am wearing a Borali necklace, a Visvim jacket and shirt, BonneGueule pants and Oak Street Bootmakers shoes. »

Hey, these are our canvas pants: worn very well here, we feel that they are starting to have some experience.

It's not really my style, but the bag and the necklace look particularly good here, in addition to being beautiful objects.

This bag is also a very good example of a small bag due to its size, color and material for those who do not want to carry a backpack, handbag or fanny pack.

“This forest is a very good place to take photos and clear your mind.

I wear a military jacket with a denim shirt, both worn from many washes.

Corduroy pants has a unique rendering because the color is obtained by immersing it in rice fields. It is an old Japanese process called “Dorozome” or “mud-dye” which allows you to naturally obtain a pigment which varies from brown to black with many shades of color and which will evolve over time.

I wear my trusty Paraboot which are very comfortable for walking.

Finally, in terms of accessories, I am wearing a Borali necklace and a deerskin bag.

A great outfit, close to the previous one but which I wanted to leave here because... what beautiful pants! Cut, color, thickness of the velvet: 👌

The contrast is not very marked with the Paraboot Michael but I find that the apparent The eggplant highlights of the derbies go very well with the tone of the pants.

Your latest articles, and particularly Jordan's on why you should dress when you stay at home , have motivated me to continue to pay attention to my outfit, day after day despite the early nights and the children who require a lot of attention. attention.

In short, this morning I had my head in the bag: wanting comfort and roominess first of all, I put on my Monoprix cargo pants, whose pockets are very practical for the daily life of a father working from home.

To boost me, my lucky BWGH shirt , it has a super soft chambray material, inside it looks like gauze...

And then, confinement being a period where I keep my little hands busy, I put on my noragi made by myself during these evenings of isolation... I only had this recycled fabric, originally intended for armchairs , and I wanted to make a prototype before buying a chambray coupon. Finally I took care of this jacket, and even if it takes me out of my comfort zone I have been wearing it a lot lately, with the matching necklace of course.

I hesitated to put on my desert boots, finally to recall the blue I put on my Lanvin sneakers, grabbed on Vinted for a pittance.

Finally, the sun made me want to accessorize my outfit a little more: I completed my eternal Seiko watch with two fine pearl bracelets (unakite and lapis lazuli), always homemade, and on the other arm , a simple brown leather bracelet and a brass bracelet from Burkina. »

Comment from David

This outfit, in addition to being successful and coherent thanks to a beautiful color palette, is above all very personal with this yellow noragi with flowers made by yourself and really well integrated.

If you feel like sharing with us some tips for making your own clothes, I'll do it!

The Monoprix cargo is good proof that picking sparingly from more entry-level brands can make sense if the rest follows.

This baseball collar chambray shirt is a nice find.

“I opted for a simple and light outfit, with this nicely spotted BonneGueule summer t-shirt , a Champ de Maneuver overshirt that's not too thick but is just as soft as it should be.

The colors match quite well with my pair of Pantoufle à Pépère in denim, and I put on a pair of YMC (You Must Create) sweatpants with a rather loose fit in linen-cotton, picked up at a good price and perfect in good weather.

And just because it was missing a little something, I added a Borali necklace which gives the whole thing a bit of a heritage street feel. Something to “chill” in the apartment with the windows wide open. »

Comment from David

A good relaxed outfit for being at home.

The color of the t-shirt is interesting to change from the classic white.

The checked shirt absolutely has its place: coherent in spirit, comfortable and with the right level of warmth.

Finally, denim slippers... and why not 🙂

I think clothing can be a beautiful means of personal development. I like unstructured jackets, straight pants and loafers.
