VIRAL stands for Iconic Clothing that Tells the Story of Legendary America .

Yes, we racked our brains.

This format, brand new and beautiful, was designed to tell you (in a somewhat personal way I agree) the stories of the mythical clothes of America , the ones that everyone wears all the time, unaware of having on their back a piece of history .

I chose to break the chain and leave the BonneGueule showroom. For a few days, I established an HQ, with Louis who shoots our videos, somewhere in the flea market of Saint-Ouen, in the north of Paris. What more logical place to talk to you about clothes with a story than an antique district?

This is just a simple allegation, but perhaps when you read this title you asked yourself: why on earth would this chino story be excessive? Hitting your pipe on the armrest of your Louis XVI armchair.

It's a legitimate question. And the reason for using this adjective is that yes, I was excessive in the way I told this story of chinos. Yes, there are some facts that you may find far-fetched.

But, however, does that necessarily mean that, because it is a little excessive, it is not true?

So here I go again: everything is true! Absolutely everything about this unforgettable story involving a high-ranking British colonial army officer stationed in gin fizz-loving India is true!

In any case, it took a story like this which brings together England, the United States, the military of many countries, American students and Hollywood, to write the legend of these star pants of men's fashion.

And besides, I've been writing "chino" for a while now but it's actually "khaki" that I should write. TATATATATATATATA those who know don't go and spoil the fun of others. I've seen people react horribly badly to a spoiler like this before.

In the previous episode, I said jeans were the pants of pants. Okay, but still if that's the case, then chinos would be 2nd in men's fashion and in my heart too.

I wear :

A Far Afield polo shirt found at Well Dressed

Vintage chinos

A Lip watch

Hey, we also do chinos!

“Clothes are there to have fun, so have fun” is the phrase I say the most in my videos. Style is not a set of rules, it is a field of possibilities. You can wear anything, you just have to find your way!
