Try to avoid synthetic materials as much as possible (polyester, polyamide). Also, on this budget, you'll mostly find light knits, that use less material.

At this price, you can expect only natural materials, except in the case of special work on the texture of the knit. Thicker and therefore warmer and more textured knits are also expected. You'll also find reasonable cashmere sweaters with a good quality of thread. Some brands will offer knits with blends of noble fibers (alpaca or mohair for example) with a little synthetic to stay at an affordable price.
