ORDER & PAYMENT

The "My Account" section is located at the top right of the homepage.

Once in it, you can create your account by providing your first and last name, email address, and creating a password. You also have the option to enter your date of birth to receive a special treat on your birthday, and to subscribe to our newsletter.

You can pay for your order using Visa, Mastercard, and American Express (via our provider Ayden), as well as PayPal and Apple Pay.

Prices are displayed in the currency associated with your geographical region. This region is selected by default based on your browser settings and can be modified in the main menu at the top left.

If you enter a delivery address in a country different from the preselected region, your cart will automatically update to the currency of that country when you proceed to the payment.

If you provide an address outside E.U,. VAT will automatically be deducted on the prices shown.

DELIVERY

  • Delivery by DHL DDP (Delivery Duty Paid)
  • Cost: flat rate of $30 for all orders.
  • Delivery time: around one business week.

Customs fees are included in the delivery charges, meaning you don't have to pay anything extra after your order.

When your order is shipped, an email will be sent to you with your tracking number. You can also find this tracking number in the "My Orders" section of your personal account.

If you think you won't be available at the time of delivery and the package doesn't fit in your mailbox, a delivery notice will be left by the carrier, who will attempt another delivery on the next business day. If you are still unavailable during the second attempt, your package will be left at the nearest DHL drop off location, and the delivery notice will provide information on how to retrieve it.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

The return is at the customer's expense.

  1. Log in to your customer account and go to the "My Orders" section.
  2. Click on "Request a Return" for the relevant order.
  3. Select the item(s) to be returned and provide a reason.
  4. Choose a carrier and generate your return label.
  5. Ensure that your item is in perfect condition (unworn, unwashed, and unaltered), with its tag intact and in its original packaging.

Return fees of $15 will be deducted from the refund amount.

Want an exchange?
To change the size or color, follow the same procedure.

Once your package is received in our warehouse, you will be refunded within 10 business days.
