The second-hand option

A nice suit can also be found at a relatively affordable price second-hand.

In addition to classic platforms like Vinted, you can also look on more specialized sites like Vulpilist (French site) or Pete&Harry (based in Sweden).

Be careful, returns are not always possible on second-hand goods. Similarly, if you buy a vintage suit, keep in mind that the cuts were different in the past (more structured shoulders, wider pants, shorter sleeves) so if you are looking for a suit with a very contemporary style, that may not be for you.

Of course, thrift stores near you are also an option to consider. In this case, you will have the advantage of being able to try on the suit before purchasing it.
