This week, we are going to present to you the four new pieces that will be released this weekend.
They will be assembled in Japanese materials, by suppliers who are all present in the video which follows...
And I think it's great to be able to put faces (and places, and machines) to those who make the fabrics for your favorite clothes.
It was therefore the perfect opportunity to dive back into our report on the Land of the Rising Sun!
A little reminder of previous episodes
- episode 1 : our arrival in Tokyo and its fantastic men's boutiques
- episode 2 : our meeting with Japanese creators
And now what are you going to show us?
In this 3rd episode, we will get to the heart of the matter and understand why we love Japanese materials so much at BonneGueule.
And of course, we're also going to talk about the history of Japanese denim!
Between the Kurabo museum, the vintage machines of Toki or the meeting with the legendary Maison Maruwa, it was a great moment to discover all these suppliers, whose relationship with them was until then limited to a few samples of fabrics stapled on a sheet of paper.
There, we were finally able to chat with them.
Imagine: for years, we have been amazed by these irregular Japanese fabrics, full of personality, and finally, we can meet the people behind them! Simply unforgettable...
A little preview of what awaits you this week…
