There are two types of people in life.
There are those who never get cold feet and there are those for whom this is regularly the case. The former regularly accuse the latter of being too “sensitive”.
Personally, I hate this feeling because it stops me from being in the present moment.
You might think that wearing big socks is enough, but the solution is not that simple (and in the case of big socks, it can even be counterproductive).
It is for this reason that I embarked on this very ambitious project to eradicate cold feet in my life… and in yours!
This is what you will discover in this video. At the root of the problem: your body's ability to emit water vapor, a lot of water vapor...
And getting rid of that water vapor trapped in your socks and shoes is no easy task, even though that's the heart of the problem.
By playing with the leather of your shoes, the material of your soles, and obviously your socks, you can have very satisfactory solutions.
For science I also ventured into the world of socks for extreme cold, those that mountaineers use to climb peaks at 8000 meters above sea level, and I also tell you what I think of them (you will laugh) .
