I have a very special relationship with sunglasses.
It's the kind of object that I avoid looking at too much, trying on too much, because otherwise I know that I will be seized by an irresistible desire to buy.
And it’s not this Let’s Talk Clothes that’s going to fix things! I happily immersed myself again in the titanium temples and other guilloche patterns.
But I also remembered that choosing a nice pair of sunglasses was not easy for two reasons:
- it is a textbook case of an oligopolistic market, where the (huge) pie is shared mainly between a few players, which does not push prices down and quality up…
- I never believed in these stories about thin or oval faces when choosing glasses!
Faced with this, I'm giving you all the keys in this Let's Talk About Clothes so that you can have the most stylish sunglasses of your life... starting this summer!
In the video, I'm wearing a wool/linen/silk blazer from BonneGueule and a Suitsupply shirt.
For all intents and purposes, I also remind you that, obviously, you cannot put your sunglasses on your mutual insurance if you do not have vision problems, otherwise it is called mutual insurance fraud.
