Gutteridge is an Italian brand that has existed since 1997 in its current form but has only offered delivery in France recently (around 2019).
The brand offers a dressy and casual chic wardrobe.
- Dressy locker room as you will find a range of suits, ties, formal shirts and other overcoats with a rather classic style.
- Casual chic locker room because you will also find chinos, parkas, sweaters or t-shirts.
The price positioning is at the beginning of the mid-range. Allow a little over €300 for a suit, €70/80 for a sweater and around a hundred for pants.
The products we were able to see were of honorable quality : the materials are rather natural, the colors and patterns generally rather sober.
However, we should avoid sweaters, suits or coats with too much synthetic material (more than 25 or 30%) as well as anything related to leather (bags, shoes, etc.) whose quality leaves something to be desired.
We can also note that the choice is wide and we find in each collection a few pieces that are well stylistically inspired, whether by their color tone or their shape (beige double-breasted coat, or pants in many shades of brown for example).
We do not have precise information on the manufacturing locations.
We are also told that the quality of online service is poor (orders not always properly honored or compliant, poor customer service).
The promise is good on paper but in reality, the customer experience for an online purchase seems to be perfectable.
