Overall, Berg & Berg's offering reflects the brand's intention: the clothing is of good quality and has a successful classic aesthetic.
Berg & Berg actually works with renowned Italian suppliers, such as Vitale Barberis Canonico, to produce beautiful, well-thought-out and successful materials. The brand also works with Scottish knitters for the knitwear, giving rise to a very good result as well.
The clothes, almost all made in Italy (only the denim pieces are made in Sweden), are well made. The seams are clean and the finishes are well done.
The aesthetic of the collections, very Italian (unstructured jacket shoulders, wide lapels, shirts with flared collars, etc.), is successful . The cuts, rather straight, are worked and result in a beautiful drape of the clothes.
If you are interested in pants, the brand's flagship products, you should know that:
- Arnold and Alfons fits are slightly fitted. They remain wider than the majority of cuts on the market
- The Anton and Antonio cuts are looser, with a lot of comfort in the pelvis, thigh and ankle
The other side of the coin remains the high price , but mainly justified by the quality, the places of manufacture, and the design work. It is also good to know that the brand participates in sales, especially for the most expensive pieces such as coats, jackets and jeans.
However, we regret the absence of information on the origin and traceability of the fibers used, although we are aware of the difficulty involved in obtaining this data.

The brand's intention is to offer a classic men's wardrobe modernized by its Nordic creative approach. All with high-end tailoring and materials (mostly Italian).
You will find Berg & Berg clothing on its own e-shop as well as at some online distributors such as Mr. Porter. To our knowledge, no physical store is listed in Europe at the moment (February 2020).
