A honeycomb texture

The white shirt is a staple in any man’s wardrobe.

But as texture lovers, there was no way we could offer it in a smooth, cold poplin.

So, to make sure your white shirt is as unique as you are, we set out to find a fabric with depth and soul. Our search led us to this visually rich fabric with a crisp hand feel, featuring a honeycomb pattern.

Its three-dimensional texture is achieved through a piqué weave, characterized by a double-layer construction: the first weave on the inside creates the base layer of the shirt (visible when looking at the inside), while the second weave on the outside uses specially placed threads to form the honeycomb texture on the surface.

In addition, piqué is a stable and durable weave, and this fabric is guaranteed non-transparent.

We sourced this fabric from Vilarinho, a Portuguese specialist in textured shirting fabrics with nearly a century of expertise.

Down to the finest details

Benoît, our co-founder, is obsessed with shirts — especially the details that make them. It’s the care given to theses finishes that truly defines a premium shirt — and makes you feel great wearing it.

Particular attention was given to:

The collar

Its proportions have been carefully studied to ensure it holds its shape in any situation.

Buttoned up, the open collar points naturally slide under a blazer’s lapels. Worn open, it rests gently along the collarbones without collapsing.

The buttons

Our signature mother-of-pearl buttons are a key feature — thicker than most, sewn in Zampa di Gallina for a refined look, and mounted with a shank and Ascolite finish for added durability and ease of use.

These buttons come from French supplier Corne et Corozo, and are made from rivershell, a type of freshwater mother-of-pearl that’s more natural in appearance and more robust than traditional ocean pearl buttons.

The French seams

Visible along the side seams, this high-end finish provides a clean, elegant look without any extra layer — only a single line of stitching is visible on the outside. In contrast, a classic flat-felled seam creates a ridge and leaves two visible stitch lines.

A fit that flatters, just right

Beyond the details, Benoît is also deeply committed to crafting the perfect shirt fit.

He worked closely with our product team to achieve a silhouette that is tailored just enough to enhance your figure, while leaving enough room for comfort and ease of movement.

We can’t wait to hear what you think once you try it on!

How to wear it

This shirt naturally fits into elegant outfits — whether worn with a suit, a tie, or simply a pair of tailored trousers.

But thanks to its texture, it also lends itself to more casual styling. Try wearing it with the sleeves rolled up and the top buttons undone, revealing a white T-shirt underneath, paired with straight-leg jeans or chinos.
