The Poetto trousers stand out with their subtle herringbone pattern, the natural hue of undyed French-woven cotton with a slightly flecked finish, and its structured, generous fit.

That same fit, combined with the fabric’s softness, offers a high level of comfort—perfect for warmer days. The trousers also feature thoughtful details like a double-tab waistband, a back comfort V-slit, and durable horn buttons.

Our studio model, Aldiouma, is 1.88m tall and wears a size 48.

The Poetto stands out for its generous cut (leg opening in size 48 is 23cm), allowing your legs to breathe while asserting your style. Its slightly higher waist, which is very comfortable, and the front pleats complete the look, enhancing your silhouette with elegance.

How to wear it?

Ecru trousers are like a blank canvas, just waiting for your creativity to enrich them with the colors and textures of your choice.

They brighten up your outfits, and you can wear them in a more formal look (with a shirt, blazer, and loafers), a casual outfit (with a sweatshirt and sneakers), or even in a workwear style (with a military-inspired jacket and rugged leather shoes).

French texture

These trousers are made in an undyed ecru cotton. Its soft, natural tone features a double texture to add character to your outfits.

First, you’ll notice its subtle herringbone pattern. Created through a weave with diagonal lines that alternate the direction of the threads, it’s recognizable by its wavy, "zigzag" appearance.

Then, you’ll also spot slight irregularities in the fabric. These “neps” are actually natural cotton impurities which, instead of being removed, have been preserved and appear sporadically throughout the weave.

It’s in Alsace, at the French weaver Telatex—founded in 1990 but carrying the legacy of the Kohler family and their 180 years of fabric-making expertise—that we sourced this distinctive material.
