You have15 days from the delivery of your order to initiate a return from your account, or directly on this page.

Returns are free for Metropolitan France, Monaco and Belgium.
Excluding promotional sales: last chance, private sales, archive sales, etc.

PRIVATE SALES & LAST CHANCE

These items follow the same return conditions, with a return fee contribution deducted from your refund.

FAQ

  1. Log in to your account and go to "My orders", or use the returns portal directly on this page https://bonnegueule.fr/a/return
  2. Click "Request a return" on the relevant order.
  3. Select the items you wish to return.
  4. Make sure the item is in perfect condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with its original tags and packaging.

A return label will be sent to you by email.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with their tags and in their original packaging.

Any item returned incomplete or damaged will not be eligible for a refund.

Yes, returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery. A return fee contribution will be deducted from the refunded amount. Returns on these items are accepted free of charge in store : no need to generate a return label.

We don't yet offer direct exchanges, but we hope to introduce this option very soon. In the meantime, return your item and place a new order for the size or colour you need.

European Union, Switzerland & United Kingdom
Return shipping is at your expense.

Yes, in-store returns are free and require no appointment. Simply bring your item and your order confirmation to any of our 5 stores. Refunds are processed within the same timeframe (72 hours after receipt).

    Items purchased in store must be returned directly in store. Online returns are not available for in-store purchases. Our team will be happy to help you find the right solution.

If your order was paid in 3 or 4 instalments, the remaining payments will be adjusted based on the value of the returned items.

In the case of a full refund, any fees associated with the instalment plan will also be refunded.

Refunds are made to the original payment method.
Allow 72 working hours after we receive your parcel for processing, then up to 3 working days for the amount to appear in your account (depending on your bank).

Contact our customer service team from your account, attaching photos of the item. We will arrange the return at no cost to you and offer a full refund or send the correct item, based on your preference.
