Instead of letting them sit unused, bring them back to the store: we’ll repair them, resell them secondhand, or recycle them in France. We’ll take care of everything.

At Bonnegueule, we design clothing to last. Extending the life of a garment also means knowing how to care for it, repair it, and continue wearing it over time.

We believe in a simple approach: taking care of what you already own. Alterations, repairs, care tips, and access to a secondhand marketplace—these are all solutions to help your clothes last.

That’s the whole point of our circular approach: to help you make your Bonnegueule pieces last and give them a second life.

Est-ce que toutes les pièces sont acceptées, même celles qui sont endommagées ?

This program is limited to items from the Bonnegueule brand. Clothing from other brands is not accepted under this program.

You can submit multiple items during a single visit and receive as many gift certificates as there are categories you've submitted items for.

The amount of store credit varies depending on the type of item returned. The complete chart is available in-store, and our staff can provide you with more information on-site.

12 months from the date of issue. No pressure—use it whenever you want, with no minimum purchase amount.

Everywhere: in-store and on the website. Online, log in to your customer account: the credit will appear directly in the payment options at checkout.

Our partner, Reekom, assesses the item upon receipt. If the item is in good condition, it is cleaned and listed for sale on our secondhand website. If it can be repaired, our craftsmen restore it before it is resold. If it has reached the end of its useful life, it is recycled in France into new fibers, insulation, or industrial rags.

Reekom is our partner specializing in textile alterations and repairs; we already work with them to provide alteration and repair services. Their workshops are located in La Courneuve, in the Paris region. They employ people who are re-entering the workforce. Every item we entrust to them has a dual impact: social and environmental.

Non. Les ceintures, chaussettes, bonnets, écharpes et shorts de bain ne font pas partie du programme. Seuls les vêtements (haut, bas, chaussures) sont éligibles.
