A New Generation Low-Impact Recycled Wool

100% Recycled Wool, Woven in Italy

Look closely at this fabric. It’s beautiful with its clear diagonal in the weave and soft thanks to a light brushing that brings out the fibers on the surface.

Its generous thickness of 430g/m2 will keep you warm throughout the cold season.

But that's not all. The peculiarity of this fabric is that it is made of 100% recycled wool without any added dye. How is this possible?

This feat is accomplished by the Italian weaver Manteco, with whom we are working for the first time. They collect clothing and fabric scraps from around the world, shred them, and sort the raw fibers by color. Then, these already colored (and sorted) fibers are mixed to create a new color without the need for added dyes or chemicals.

This wool is GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certified, and its reduced impact has been validated by a scientific study indicating that compared to virgin wools, the creation of this recycled wool fabric consumes 99.9% less water and 93.3% less energy.

The comfort of a straight cut (but not too much)

The cut of this jacket is slightly straight and comfortable, without being oversized. This volume allows you to wear it over a thin sweater, a thicker one, or even simply over a t-shirt.

Regarding comfort, if you stretch the material, you’ll notice it is slightly stretchy, making it feel really good to wear.

If this jacket can be worn alone as a winter jacket, you can also consider wearing it as an intermediate layer, provided you have a sufficiently roomy parka or raincoat. And in this case, trust me, you won’t feel the cold or wind anymore!

An elegant jacket to incorporate into all your autumn-winter outfits

This jacket is suitable for all your casual chic looks thanks to its sleek shape and its luminous blue color, which offers many styling possibilities:

  • This blue is bright enough to pair well with lighter clothes, for example, an ecru sweater and beige chinos.
  • This blue isn’t too light either, and it pairs well with darker clothes, like a pine green sweater and brown pants.
  • Its intermediate shade makes it a great linking piece in an outfit composed of both light and dark clothing, like a pair of raw denim jeans and a camel sweater.
