100% merino wool, knitted in Italy
We love beanies that add personality to our outfits without attracting too much attention. That’s why you’ll find a chevron knit pattern on the top of the fold, while the rest is ribbed. A play of textures enhanced by a deep color, achieved through the century-old expertise of the Italian spinner Filivi (one of our favorites).
We also like beanies that keep our heads warm outdoors without causing overheating in public transport. So we opted for 100% wool, 0% synthetic material. To ensure it's soft against your skin, we chose fine merino wool with an average diameter of 19.5 microns.
And there's one thing we hate: beanies that end up stretched out after one season. To avoid this, we asked our Italian knitter, Maglificio Venezia, to craft a thick rib with wide ribs and good elasticity.
