"To bring my look towards a soft tailoring side, I chose the Arezzo polo shirt, very soft.
I like the open collar of this knit, which sits delicately on the lapel of the suit. It's a gimmick that I like. And I find that its sea green color works well with the blue of the suit, it brings pep without contrasting too much.
On my feet, brown suede derbies. Of course, brown shoes always go with a blue suit. And in suede it's a little more casual than in smooth leather, which is good because the outfit is a little casual."
"Finally, a colorful bandana because I think the V-neck of this sweater calls for a neck accessory. It could be a gold chain too, or even a round t-shirt collar.
This is typically the kind of outfit I could wear for no particular occasion. I like to wear the suit from time to time. Sometimes I just want a little elegance and I easily arrive at the suit."

"An idea I like to break the routine with a blue suit: pick a patterned shirt from your summer wardrobe.
Much lighter than the jacket, this one contrasts just enough to make the outfit readable. Like a sky blue shirt would. Its touches of green go well with navy blue, as does the sea green of David's Arezzo sweater.
I think this combination makes perfect sense with the Cuban collar over the lapels of the jacket. It shows that we are completely appropriating the suit, by reinterpreting it in a summery and casual way. Hence the loafers, which have more of a place in this outfit than dress shoes. I preferred them in brown to recall the little terracotta designs on the shirt, but with black it would work too!
With the gray Breno suit, I wanted to offer a simpler outfit, to put on in the morning without thinking too much: white t-shirt for comfort, purple Converse for the touch of color. A way to wear the suit without going overboard, for a day at the office and especially the drink with colleagues that comes after. Obviously."

"I like to feel elegant in a suit without looking too dressed up. I don't like spending time over an ironing board. But who does?
In short, like Antoine, I choose the t-shirt option. Khaki, because it goes very well with navy blue.
When you want to make comfort a priority for your feet, Wallabees are a good alternative to the suit-sneakers combination. I also find that their earthy color and adventurous shape go well with this BonneGueule western belt."

"For my part, I wanted to offer you an idea to mismatch a gray suit jacket.
To start, I thought about my beige chinos that fit well into its continuity. Different shades, but with similar intensities. A smooth material that doesn't steal the show from its mottled texture. Volumes that I found coherent, because I deliberately chose a slightly loose jacket size and a generous carrot cut.
Same principle of continuity for the ecru shirt, which matches the chinos and fits as easily under the jacket as a white shirt. Its officer collar and its fluffy texture are also consistent with the casualness of the outfit.
Now we have to decide so that the continuity does not become monotonous: Black Paraboots, less predictable than brown to punctuate these beige chinos and green cap."

"At a time when suits are increasingly casual and mismatched, I wanted to show that at BonneGueule, we could also offer a beautiful, elegant and classic outfit, but not ordinary at all.
So I took the opposite approach with an outfit that may seem simple at first glance, but which reveals its subtleties when you focus on its textures: the mottled and luminous fabric of the suit, the discreet herringbone of the tie and the reliefs of the dobby shirt.
On my feet, I chose Alden loafers that I brought back from a trip, with beautiful suede leather and a summery side that fits well with the mildness of this month of September.
This is how I design my outfits when I wear the suit: simple, sober colors but enhanced by materials that express themselves."
