When we decide to buy underwear and spend a little more money than the first price, we have expectations that are somewhat the same for everyone: comfort, breathable, soft material , and with good durability, beautiful colors, careful manufacturing, and preferably European, and then perhaps an original detail that changes the situation.
Pétrone ticks all of these boxes, period, and does it for a little less than most other brands. Although twenty euros may seem expensive when you are used to buying boxers for five euros, it is in fact a more than reasonable price for Portuguese manufacturing and quality material.
Bonus: we like the retro side of the “heritage” boxer shorts with two mother-of-pearl buttons at the front.
The history of the brand Petronius
Pétrone is a mid/high-end men's underwear brand, launched in 2019.
Its flagship model, the “heritage boxer” is sold at a price of 27.50 euros, and the decreasing price allows you to go down to 20 euros per unit if you buy several.
