Gyappu

Our opinion
A brand to know for sartorial lovers who want a touch of originality without compromising the fundamentals and quality of the products: the ties are made in Italy in unique fabrics, which evoke Japan either through their traditional pattern or through a very marked texture in honor of the famous "wabi-sabi" philosophy. Their little personal touch? The "travetto" stitching on the back of the tie is in gold thread. The shirts are made in an Indian workshop renowned among enthusiasts, producing shirts whose quality is among the best on the classic ready-to-wear market. All fabrics are Japanese. The most formal ones preserve a touch of relaxation (very textured chambray on an Italian collar, or even stripes with a vintage look), while the casual ones preserve an undisguised elegance, and a little something that makes them stand out from the crowd (inspired buttoning traditional Asian outfits, selvedge edging along the throat of the shirt...) In short: beautiful high-end products, which stand out from the crowd, which will please those in the know.
The history of the brand Gyappu

Gyappu is a sartorial-inspired men's clothing and accessories brand, created in 2019.

Its founder, Thibaut Ranjanoro, wanted to bring together two worlds: European sartorial (Italian, among others), and Japanese aesthetic philosophy.

At the time of writing this sheet (May 2020), the offer currently includes a collection of ties and shirts, and should soon include suits.

The brand adopts a high-end positioning: shirts range from 200 to 250 euros, and ties are at the single price of 95 euros.
