Update March 2021: the brand has just launched a European version of its site, luxire.de, which ships from Europe and which allows the customer who orders there to be sure of not having additional costs to pay to import.
In return the prices are a little higher (between 10 and 20% of what we see) which is logical.
The international site remains accessible: luxire.com. By ordering from it, you may incur additional import charges.
Our opinion focuses on the brand's pants offering. We have no particular feedback to give you on the brand's other products, which seem correct (especially the shirts).
I would just advise you to be careful with leather (shoes, bags), as there is no guarantee on the quality of the materials used.
In our opinion, there are two prerequisites for ordering successfully on Luxire :
1/ Understand the size guides 2/ Know how to measure your clothesSince the order is made online, if you provide measurements that are too approximate or incorrect, you will receive a garment that may not fit you.
Luxire offers 3 other methods to determine your size:
1/ Send them pants that fit you and that they will replicate. Involves a shipping cost and a period without your pants
2/ Measure your body. We come back to the same point as before: knowing how to measure well
3/ Use one of their pre-defined cuts (regular, slim, super slim). We therefore lose part of the “half measures” service. »
Moreover, the offer is very competitive : fabrics (sometimes from recognized suppliers), belt fittings, shape of the pockets, orientation of the clips... you will be able to create the pants of your dreams, from the most sophisticated to the most crazy. All at an affordable price for half-measures (between €100 and €200).
The production is carried out in the brand's workshop in India.
We have seen some negative feedback from users on delivery times and compliance with the instructions given. Our opinion on the offer nevertheless remains generally positive.
Customer service is rather responsive and attentive.
