Winter: my 5 best outfit ideas – Panache S02E05

L’hiver : mes 5 meilleures idées de tenues – Panache S02E05

Previously on Panache:

(If you skipped season 1, here it is. )

Who says you have to wear black in winter?

But that's what most people do.

And it’s often not so much their fault. This is simply what the big brands serve them.

So, let's agree, it can be good to dress in dark. In the evening for example when we went to bars, in the old world.

But I'm just saying that to put together your winter looks, it's not essential!

Take off -white for example. For pants or winter knitwear, it's superb. But it's for the brave, those who aren't afraid of getting stained perhaps. Although, in my mind, light clothing should be treated exactly like dark clothing: wrong! These are clothes, you have to live in them!

But be careful: white is just one avenue among many.

Here are five that I deliver to you for the new year.

Five winter looks to inspire you. Tell me which one you preferred and also tell me what you would have done differently!

Bonus: My inspirations for this winter

1. Flannel suit + merino wool polo shirt

This is what I want to go towards. Absolutely everything we see here.

Well, I want to go for my own hair experience but the rest, I take:

  • The light brown/gray flannel suit
  • The navy or black polo shirt
  • Glasses with tinted lenses, like Jacques Marie Mage or Max Pittion or Julius Tart Optical

This all thrills me.

Besides, just by changing the materials, you can make it a uniform for summer too.

2. Silk pajamas and sleeveless down jacket

Yes, the association is funny here. And not recommended for leaving the house. Except for drinking your coffee in your garden when you need a double boost: one from caffeine and the other from the icy morning breeze.

But separately, this winter I would like to try my hand at dad's pajamas and a sleeveless down jacket.

For pajamas, I aim for Sleepy Jones or P. Lemoult . I have not yet done in-depth monitoring of what is being done, however. I'm not immune to finding gems.

Then, as for the sleeveless down jacket, I'm dreaming of a Rocky Mountain Featherbed . It's overpriced, so I'm waiting for a miracle to happen.

3. Green velvet pants + purple socks + brown suede calfskin loafers

It’s precise, I grant you that!

This is one more lead. Beautiful green velvet pants with medium ribbing from Scavini or to be made in half-measure. Afterwards, Crown Northhampton moccasins or something else and Mes Chaussettes Rouges socks.

The key is to wear it all with confidence And the rest of the outfit is in the blues, that's good. Like Ethan here.

“Clothes are there to have fun, so have fun” is the phrase I say the most in my videos. Style is not a set of rules, it is a field of possibilities. You can wear anything, you just have to find your way!
