Chemise Cascais en coton et lin terracotta - 2

Stripes like no others

70% cotton and 30% linen, woven in Portugal

As people get closer to you, they will discover the richness of this material, stemming from the expertise of our Portuguese weaver Somelos.

They will first notice the terracotta stripes, in a slightly faded color. These stripes have a textured appearance, like on oxford fabric. Then comes an alternating pattern of white and beige stripes that gives a unique aspect to this design. Notice how the beige ties the terracotta and white together: this shirt is a monochrome in itself! Clever.

They will then distinguish light horizontal streaks: natural roughness of linen, which further enriches the texture without overwhelming it.

And when you run your hand over it, you will notice how pleasantly soft it feels. This is made possible by the washing process that slightly raises some of the fibers, for your maximum comfort.

Comfortable just the way it should be

Not too tight, not too loose: your shape will be well-defined, and you’ll have plenty of freedom of movement thanks to the slightly straight cut of this shirt. This will also allow you to easily layer a t-shirt or sweater under the shirt for mid-season layering.

Tip for wearing it well

This terracotta color is very versatile and will easily pair with shades of white, green, or brown. For contrast, match the shirt with navy blue or even black (yes, black!). The possibilities are endless!

Here are two outfit examples with this shirt:

For spring, wear it open with rolled-up sleeves over a white t-shirt, paired with light khaki pants (or shorts) and light canvas sneakers.

For autumn, wear it closed with a camel turtleneck, your favorite jeans, and brown shoes.
