Loyalty program
Our loyalty program operates with a point system, which you can accumulate in various ways with your customer account:
- By creating an account
- By purchasing: €1 = 1 point
- By leaving a review on our products
- By following us on social media: Instagram and TikTok
- By providing your birthday to earn points on the special day

200 points are worth €10.
You can redeem your points to get a discount directly in your cart.
When you add an item to your cart, the number of available points will be displayed on the payment page: if your points balance is sufficient, you can directly apply the coupon to your order.
The value of your coupon will automatically be deducted from your cart. There are four different coupons available:
- €10 for 200 points used
- €15 for 300 points used
- €20 for 400 points used
- €50 for 1000 points used
You can find your points in the 'Loyalty Program' section of your customer account.
Your loyalty coupon cannot be combined with another discount coupon. You can, however, combine a store credit (received after a return) with a loyalty coupon.
In the case of a full return:
A coupon is only valid once and will not be reactivated during the refund process. However, the points used will be regenerated after the return, allowing you to use them again, for a future order by converting them into a new coupon.
In the case of a partial return:
Due to technical limitations, we are unable to automatically regenerate your points in the case of a partial return. Therefore, we invite you to contact our customer service, so we can manually regenerate your points in proportion to the returned items.
