Kleman

Our opinion
Kleman's strong point is not in the quality of its pairs, but in their design, their practical dimension and their very accessible price. The brand has the merit of offering shoes with a successful workwear aesthetic, equipped with robust soles (anti-slip and abrasion-resistant standards due to the brand's heritage), comfortable, and made in France for a competitive price (less than €150 on average). The downside of such a price for French manufacturing lies in the quality of the leather (rather average) and the assembly of the soles (glued). However, Kleman's offer remains interesting if you are looking for a pair with a unique design to add character to your outfits on a small budget. In the particular case of sneakers, the design of the pairs justifies this sacrifice less.
The history of the brand Kleman

Kleman is a French shoe brand founded in 2017.

Kleman is the contraction of Cléon Manufacture, where the company has been manufacturing models for firefighters, electricians, transport agents, and other professions requiring safety shoes since 1988.

Since 2017, the brand has turned to individuals with entry-level collections with workwear design, inherited from its past profession. The pairs are made in France, in Anjou.

You will find Kleman shoes on its own e-shop, as well as on the multi-brand site L'Exception . Some distributors also offer Kleman models in store, you will find the list here.
