Taking care of your cap is essential, yet we don’t really think about it.
It’s important to know that caps have a structured design, particularly with the visor. You should therefore take this into account when caring for your cap.

It’s important to know that caps have a structured design, particularly with the visor. You should therefore take this into account when caring for your cap.
To avoid distorting the visor, do not machine wash; instead, hand wash or take it to a dry cleaner, especially for models made of delicate materials such as wool.
Fill a basin with cold or lukewarm water.
Add a small amount of detergent.
Lightly soak the cap (or spot-clean.
Use a soft cloth or brush for dirty areas (inner band, front).
Rinse gently without soaking excessively.
Air dry.
Do not use a dryer.
Avoid direct heat sources (radiators, strong sunlight).
You can also lightly stuff the cap (with a towel or paper) while drying to help maintain its shape.
There’s no need to wash your cap constantly.
Instead, clean it occasionally in the areas that need it. For example, for sweat stains, you can spot-clean the inner band with a damp cloth and a little soap.
