Italian performance, without compromise

Our co-founder Benoît wanted to share his passion for techwear within a more tailored style. To do so, he sourced this unique Italian technical fabric for you, combining

  • 58% wool, for the natural beauty of its drape, as well as its thermoregulating and odor-resistant properties,
  • 38% high performance Cordura®, for exceptional strength and durability. Created in 1966 by the American company Cordura®, this ultra-resistant nylon fiber was originally used in military gear before making its way into urban wardrobes. More precisely, the Cordura® used here is made from nylon 6,6, which offers greater durability than the more commonly used nylon 6. As a result, this fabric scores 50,000 cycles on the Martindale abrasion test—four times more than a classic woolen dress fabric,
  • 4% elasthane, for complete freedom of movement.

Visually, this technical trouser flies under the radar: the fabric is matte, and the feel remains natural thanks to the wool. And because we always prioritize texture, its ripstop weave adds a subtle grid-like pattern that brings a discreet charm to your outfits.

Finally, this fabric is virtually wrinkle-resistant: it maintains its elegant drape throughout the day and keeps its shape—even after traveling with you in a suitcase.

This technical feat is the result of the expertise of Italian supplier Marlane, based in the Biella region. Marlane specializes in creating fabrics that are not only elegant, but also functional and comfortable.

When style meets comfort

With its slitgthly higer rise and straight-leg cut (21 cm leg opening in size 48), the Bergame trousers suit a wide range of body types, flattering your silhouette while giving you all the ease and freedom you need for everyday wear.

To add depth to even your simplest outfits, we’ve included two pleats on each leg and a cuffed hem (which can easily be unstitched if needed).

How to wear it

Think of these charcoal trousers as a great alternative to classic navy pants.

For a relaxed look, pair them with a white or grey T-shirt and your favorite sneakers.

To dress them up, wear them with the matching Bergame jacket, a shirt of your choice, and a pair of loafers.

Its understated color and technical fabric—both durable and extremely comfortable—make it a solid option for upcoming weddings with a less formal dress code, or simply for going to work.
